Has worked for ABB Vetco Gray, United Dominion Industries, Kidde Fire Fighting a United Technology company, Porta-Kamp International, Controls Southeast, Inc. an AMETEK company and Target Logistics an ALGECO Scotsman company.

He has been commended for building up strong customer relationships, his in-depth knowledge of host country regulations and the ability to develop and lead teams, based on a participative management style. Setting up start ups, directing and managing P & L operations in Singapore, UK, Canada, Egypt and the UAE. High level of organizational skills, creativity and persistence.

Mancy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics from The American University. He obtained the certificate of the Executive Leadership program at the University of Florida, received training in Export Finances and multiple Quality Programs.  He was a Fellow Member at the Institute of Petroleum, a Member at the Chemical Society in the UK and a Member at ASTM during his tenure with the oil & gas industry in England and the Middle East.
